Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Service appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed via call, message, or email.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, staff availability, etc.).

Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, online transfer, and digital wallets.
  • For large or recurring projects, advance payment or partial payment may be required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours in advance without any charge.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of service time) may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee.

Service Limitations

  • Our team will only clean areas and items that are safe and accessible.
  • We do not guarantee stain removal in cases where stains are permanent or have caused material damage.
  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property or furniture.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure water, electricity, and access to the premises are available at the scheduled time.
  • Valuables and fragile items should be secured or removed before our team begins work.
  • Pets must be kept in a safe area during cleaning or pest control services.

Staff Conduct & Safety

  • Our staff is professionally trained and will behave courteously at all times.
  • Any misconduct or safety concerns must be reported immediately to our support team.
